Q: What is the timeline for the Elopement Giveaway?
A: The key dates are:
• 16th March - 6th April: Launch Online with cross-promotion and introduction of all vendors.
• 6th April: Applications Open.
• 20th April: Applications Close.
• 27th April: Winner Announced.
• 27th – 30th April: Meetings with Judy Coply Couture and Black Jacket Suiting.
• 29th April: Meeting with winners, Kristy and Carissa ( we will be scheduling all your vendor meetings that day!)
• 8th May: Winner paperwork due to Danielle (Celebrant).
• 12th June: Elopement Day!

Q: When does the paperwork need to be submitted to the celebrant?
A: All paperwork, including the marriage licence, needs to be submitted to Danielle, our celebrant, by 8th May 2024. Couples must also meet Marriage Eligibility Laws in Australia. Danielle (Your Story Celebrant) will guide you on this.

Q: Do I need witnesses for the ceremony?
A: Yes, two witnesses are required for the legal aspect of the marriage. You are welcome to choose your own.

Q: Can I invite family and friends to the elopement?
A: No, this is a true elopement experience. It's designed for the couple only, to create an intimate and personal ceremony. After the ceremony your witnesses will say goodbye and leave you to the intimacy of your afternoon.

Q: When will I receive the photos and video?
A: You can expect to receive your professionally captured photos and video within 4-6 weeks after your elopement day. This allows time for careful editing and finishing touches.

Q: Do I get to choose my cake?
A: Yes, winners will have options to choose the cake flavour and you will meet with Zoe from Zo and Co where she will guide you on this.

Q: Where will I get ready?
A: Preparations will take place at Good Water Ridge, only one room supplied

Q: Does hair and makeup come to me?
A: Yes, hair and makeup services will be provided at the venue.

Q: IS dinner included? I have special dietary requirements. Can these be accommodated?
A: Absolutely! Please inform us of your dietary needs so we can ensure they are met.

Q: Do I get to choose my bouquet?
A: Yes, there will be options for bouquet selection as guided by Bloom and Bush

Q: What about music?
A: Music will be arranged as part of the elopement package. (Ceremony only) You can discuss preferences with the planners.

Q: How does the photography work?
A: Elk and Fir will cover 5 hours on your special day, capturing beautiful moments. The specifics will be discussed in your planning session.

Q: Do I get video footage?
A: Video coverage details will be provided Blue Vale Films and Say I do Social Media, capturing beautiful moments. The specifics will be discussed in your planning session. 5 hours.

Q: Are rings included in the giveaway?
A: No, rings are not included in the package. Couples need to provide their own rings however Morgan and Co have graciously gifted

Q: Do I have to sign a contract?
A: yes you will be required to sign a contract with each individual vendor and upon submitting your application you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions supplied in the giveaway.

Q: Is a wedding gown supplied?
A: No you will have to supply your own and submit photos as part of your application.

Q: Is a Suit supplied?
A: Yes. Black Jacket Suiting has graciously provided :
